Peak Aminos is TBJP’S new EAA formula, replacing the previous , JPEAA.

We wanted to offer you a more advanced product to assist your goals. Peak Aminos includes a hydration formula and mushroom blend from Peak 02, which will allow for higher levels of recovery.

Amino intake around the workout is simply like consuming a meal. If you have eaten 1 hour before training, take your Peak Aminos 1 hour into your session, drunk over a short period, much like if you were eating a solid meal. This maintains the 2-3 hour gap that is commonly stuck to when following a strength and training based lifestyle.

Directions

Mix each scoop (serving) with 400-500ml of water. Consume during or around exercise on training days. Vary quantity of water to taste (less water = sweeter!)
