Powder: 1 serving (5g) to be mixed with 200-300ml water and consumed.

Capsules: 1 serving (4 capsules) to be taken.

Timing of the product will be dependent on personal goals for managing cognitive and emotional functioning.

Suggested timings are upon wake potentially alongside caffeine, post workout or pre-bed.
