Ingredients

Vitamin D (as Vitamin D3 500Oiu), Bulking Agent (SOYA Bean Oil), Soft Gel Shell (Bovine Gelatine, Glycerine, Purified Water), Vitamin D3 Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol)).

Directions

Take 1 soft gel daily, with a meal. Preferably in the am (Morning).
